The short version

This site sets no tracking or analytics cookies, so there is no consent banner. We don't run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or social-media trackers. When you pay for a seminar you are sent to our payment provider's own secure page; any cookies there belong to them, not to this site.

Who processes your data

• Cloudflare — hosts the site and may set strictly-necessary security cookies and log IP addresses to protect the service. No consent is required for these.
• Stripe — processes seminar payments on its own hosted checkout (checkout.stripe.com). It receives your name, email and payment details to take payment and issue a VAT receipt.
• Mailgun — delivers transactional email (your seminar joining instructions, and contact-form messages to Esko). Email is processed in the EU region.
• Mailchimp — stores your email only if you explicitly tick the mailing-list opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

What we collect, and why

• Seminar registration: your name and email (via Stripe) — to take payment, send your joining link, and meet our VAT obligations. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
• Contact form: your name, email and message — to reply to you. Lawful basis: legitimate interest. Sent to Esko by email; not stored on this site.
• Mailing list: your email — only with your explicit consent. Lawful basis: consent.

Your rights
